Whether you are a charter school director, principal, teacher, parent, or board member, you are impacted by the quality of your board of directors. How good are they? Are board meetings effective, focused, and productive? Or are they littered with time-wasters, power struggles, and lack of progress?

The board of directors at Capstone Classical Academy, a Utah charter school opening this fall, is working hard to be a highly effective team. I am pleased to be working with them as they reach the final stretch before opening their new charter school for grades 6 - 12 in August!
